The week of August 2 – 8 is National Farmers Market Week! Farmers Markets do so much good for their communities, like stimulating the local economy, providing jobs, and ensuring that patrons are eating high-quality, healthy, and local food. Supporting your local farmers market is a great way to invest not only in your own wellbeing but also the wellbeing of your community.
To celebrate National Farmers Market Week, we’re highlighting Indianapolis summer markets that you should know!
And remember, farmers’ market fun doesn’t stop when the warm weather is gone! You can visit the Indy Winter Farmers Market starting in November to shop your local favorites all winter long. Head to our new website to learn more.
